The size of the 1/32 scale figures is slightly larger than the old toy soldiers but is one of the 'standard' model scales (3/8" = 1 foot actual), which has been used for many years. The historical figures and models produced to this size are also compatible with 'Gauge 1' model railways (10mm = 1 foot actual). The Period Furniture and Accessories, all scaled to 9.26mm to one foot (this assumes a 54mm figure to 5'10"), are cast in the same metal as the figures and are designed for easy assembly where required. The aim of this range of fittings is to enable the model figure collector to create a setting for their favourite figures in which they can 'come to life' and be seen in the 'atmosphere' of their time. |
